Call for Papers
1) Deadline for submission of abstracts is June 18, 2004.
Deadline has been extended to July 4, 2004
2) All Oral or Poster presentations will be in English.
3) Abstracts should be sent by e-mail as an MS Word file (page size
A4, one page). Diagrams and photos can be inserted within the page
but should be printable with a regular color inkjet printer.
4) Title of presentation and author full name(s), affiliation
(organization) , city, country, (optional e-mail) should be listed in
this order at the top of the page.
5) Along with the abstract file, please indicate in your cover letter:
a) Corresponding author full name.
b) Department name, address, telephone #, fax #, e-mail address.
c) 3 or 4 keywords that best describes your presentation.
d) Preference of presentation method, Oral or Poster presentation.
e) Indicate if you wish to submit to the Young Investigators Award.
f) Have you already sent the pre-registration form? Yes or No
g) Are you an invited speaker? Yes or No
8) Send abstracts to istu2004@jcom.home.ne.jp before the deadline.
9) The authors will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract by e-mail.
